We should reverse engineer the education system
See what we want a child to become and then trace the path backward to add the necessary skills in his path
Secondly there should be more options to include more diverse group of students, and students should be allowed to study and test different subjects and see what suits them the most rather than guessing that what suits them the most. That why they will know what are they best at. We all know srk, he is more than an actor and also a millionaire, but imagine if he would’ve have done btech not only we wouldve have been deprived of entertainment content but also he wouldve have been jobless as per current market trends. Not able to cater to his basic family needs, let alone the luxurious ones. And sadly this is the current scenario not only of india but the whole world. They are countless unemployed SRK’s who would’ve have been successful otherwise but are not

Thirdly, even after changing all of this if companies only hire students who follow a specific path than all the students would be indirectly forced to chose that one path only even if they don’t like it. Because at last we all have to look after our family
