Noise watch Pro 4 error

1. I have to take my mobile with me for cycling because it cannot track distance on its own

2. The watch keeps disconnecting from the mobile even when the app is running in background Due to which i don’t receive all the messages

3. The strap of the watch is of really low quality

4. The watch does not directly show the message, i have to click on the pop up of the notification every time to view the message

5. The ‘Timer’ function does not ring or vibrate when the timer ends, due to which i don’t get to know when my timer has ended

6. The preinstalled watch faces are really bad, and i can only add 1 custom watch face. Rather there would be an option to change the preinstalled watch faces

7. There is no option to customise the order of icons in the menu section

8. There is no option to customise the sequence in which i will get the function on swiping right/left

9. The ‘idle alert’ function does not work properly. It does not tell me to walk even after i am sitting for long periods

10. There is no option to change the call ringtone

11. There is no option to add a notification sound

12. Watch checks heart rate, but it does not show the results in heart rate monitor or stress monitor window

Greetings Noise Team!

I have been facing three major issues in my NOISE COLORFIT PRO 3 smartwatch.

The first problem is that the REM Sleep Sensor is showing incorrect reading, due to which I dont get my correct rem sleeping report, which was one of the most important reason to buy this watch

The second problem is that the side button is not working properly and does not accept command at times

The third problem is in the software which was not there in starting, but I am facing it now. At first there was a option to swipe left or right to get to a shortcut to check your heartrate, turn on sport mode or anything else, but now it’s not there and I have to go in the main menu to use the functions which wastes a lot of time

The watch is in warranty period and I want replacement of this watch

1. Start reading the feedback and implement it as soon as possible

2. The quantity/ and quality of the video should be very good(which is not there rn )…

3. Option to increase/decrease the speed of the recorded lecture or video

4. There should be study material for logical reasoning and olympiad section wherein we will get resources of upper classes

5. There should be mentors which can guide the student for their future/ and current problems

6. There should be textbook solutions for more books(like Ncert exemplar, Pearson, mtg etc )

7. The old slides of the live classes should be replaced with ones having more improved study material and with more upgraded graphics and animation and there should be 3d models

8. Animations and green screen effects should be used to enhance the user interface

9. Live classes should be like zoom meetings so that the teacher can observe the students. And the teacher can interact with more students and students can write on board.

10. All the study material should be in a very detailed manner in the form of text and videos(especially in the science subject) which is not at all there

11. Ask and Answer forum should give answers to questions that are of higher classes (because while studying for olympiads we encounter some highlevel question )

12. We should have an option to bookmark the video

I hope that Meritnation takes these essential recommendations seriously and I hope that we consumers will see these changes in the near future!!!
